LAW ENFORCEMENT COOPERATION POLICY

1. Cooperation Rights

The Company may cooperate with:

• local authorities
• national authorities
• international agencies
• courts and regulators

in any jurisdiction.

2. Data Disclosure

The Company may disclose any data, including but not limited to:

• account and profile information
• uploaded content
• communications and metadata
• IP addresses and device identifiers
• payment-related metadata

Disclosure may occur:

• voluntarily or upon request
• with or without user notice
• without user consent where legally permitted

3. No User Notice

Users acknowledge and agree that:

• they may not be notified of disclosures
• secrecy or gag orders may apply
• disclosures may occur without challenge

4. No Liability

The Company shall not be liable for:

• cooperation with authorities
• data disclosures
• consequences of investigations
• arrests, prosecutions, or legal actions against users

5. Data Preservation

The Company may preserve user data for as long as it determines necessary to:

• comply with legal requests
• support investigations
• protect Company interests
